Coop Cambridge did our Mum's funeral yesterday. They were responsive and flexible throughout and the cost wasn't as bad as we had thought. She would have been absolutely delighted that she was attended by a team of three female undertakers who did a faultless job! Good job, girls - thank you. We did prefer to sort out our own flowers and order of service, because Mum was a perfectionist, and they had no problem with any of that at all.
