From the first moment of contacting Averil Phillips I knew that we were in good hands. We initially spoke to Wendy in Oundle and she was so lovely. She came to see us at home and spent a significant amount of time with us going through everything. She was such a pleasure to deal with and so professional but very approachable as was anyone else that I spoke to in her absence.
Wendy made the whole process seamless and nothing was too much trouble. Our visit to the chapel of rest was beautiful, the surroundings perfect for such. On the day of the funeral everything was what we wanted and more and

Their care , support, professionalism on every small detail was phenomenal.
Wendy answered our questions how ever easy or difficult as easily as she could with a sensitive and caring attitude to help us understand how everything worked in a journey none of our family understood. And even took photos of flowers we had outside crematorium because noted that we hadn’t and this to me was the personal touches .
