Our experience with Co-Op Funeral services started in Vietnam where my son passed away. We brought him back to UK. They were very comforting and explained the whole procedure professionaly. On arrival in UK my son came to Eye Co-Op funeral home where he stayed for almost a month. The staff were all so empathtic and very caring. We were able to see my son every day, we even took his dog to see him. Whilst all the staff are very kind especially Emma. I went into Eye Funeral Care the day after I lost my dad and I had my initial engagement with the lovely Emma. The empathy, compassion and professionalism demonstrated by Emma was exceptional from start to finish. We very much had a blank canvas to work with and together with my family we were able to pull together the perfect send off for dad.
