My Mum had specific requirements for her funeral. Zoe has been so kind and helpful in ensuring that Mum’s wishes were met. I felt that Mum was well cared for. When collecting her ashes casket, Zoe had added the special name I had called Mum on the name plate. This little touch meant so much to me.
