From the first moment of contacting Averil Phillips I knew that we were in good hands. We initially spoke to Wendy in Oundle and she was so lovely. She came to see us at home and spent a significant amount of time with us going through everything. She was such a pleasure to deal with and so professional but very approachable as was anyone else that I spoke to in her absence. Wendy and the team at the Oundle branch have made a hard journey so much easier. Their care , support, professionalism on every small detail was phenomenal. Wendy answered our questions how ever easy or difficult as easily as she could with a sensitive and caring attitude to help us understand how everything worked in a journey none of our family understood.
