After a shaky start at the Sawston office, we transferred the arrangements to the Duxford office and Jennifer was so kind and helpful, making time to help sort out our concerns and provide reassurance, She collated and put the photos in order and ensured we were kept informed of every detail. The day went without a hitch and the team accompanying the cortège showed great empathy, assessing exactly how we were feeling and applying the right level of support.

He guided us through what could have otherwise been a very difficult process with great patience and kindness. On the day, David and his team ensured that everything ran extremely smoothly and that my father was given the send off he deserved (in spite of all of the COVID-related challenges!).
