NEVER in my life did I think we would be walking into an environment which is supposed to be extremely supportive, to be faced with what we have just experienced. I would advise if you love your loved one, under all circumstances DO NOT use these people. Our Dad was a local, & we have decided to go somewhere out of town. You are supposed to be helping my Dads wishes come true, not acting like we are a burden when you are being paid a substantial amount of money for a service you should be offering us!!!!! HORRENDOUS isn’t the word.
