My son passed away on October 5 2025, he was 23yrs old. His funeral was 31October 2025. As expected we seen a lot of the funeral director at this time as arrangements were made. One request we ask for was for some hair from my son for family keep
sakes both here and in Ireland. After the funeral it was mentioned quite a few times and we were told that all's well and our request was met and they had the hair in a pouch with other people's keepsakes. As time went by and no sign on the hair I went down to their office and picked up my son's ashes. I asked for the hair and the receptionist said
