My gramps passed away recently, I’d never had to arrange a funeral etc before but from the moment I rang the girls and said I wanted gramp taken into their care they were absolutely amazing. From that phone call to even now 2 months on. They guided me through the process every step of the way. Facilitated chapel visits sometimes even at last minuite and made sure gramps and our wishes were followed through to the very end.
