Due to issues with transportation of a small amount of my parents ashes,Claire came to my rescue and suggested memorial ornaments that would contain my parents ashes. I needed this ornament urgently but most sites were advising 6-8 weeks but I was going abroad in less than 4 weeks. Whilst Claire couldn’t promise me that I would receive delivery within 4 weeks, she promised to speak to the company and ask for urgent help. I can honestly say Claire was amazing because not only did the Robin arrive, she kept in touch with me through the whole process making it far less stressful for me. I cannot

This was my first service to attend here and with it being on the opposite side of Cardiff to where I was staying I felt a little skeptical of what it would be like.
As this was my dad I was hoping it would be a service fitting for him.
The area was very beautiful and picturesque which was very relaxing, the Chapel was like a traditional cottage.
The parking spaces were enough for all visitors.
The Chapel was lovely and having couches at the front was a lovely gesture which also allowed all the family to sit close and have a more relaxed feeling.

My brother's body was picked up but they couldn't tell me where he was being taken to and they had no business cards for us to find out info. Memoria didn't return our calls for days. This became their MO. Had to chase every step of the way. We asked for cutting of his hair for his sons who lived abroad. THEY FORGOT! Said my brother's casket would be waiting in chapel before service so we didn't order cars. It wasn't there and they arrived late in white van. Very distressing. Appalling. Coop was just a few hundred pound more and they were wonderful when my father passed 10 days after my broth
