Unfortunately, this was the second time we needed to use Gemma’s services. Once again, Gemma and the whole team were amazing during such difficult circumstances. Gemma was always available for the best advice and guidance and Bianca did a wonderful job with the imagery at the crematorium. Rich and Dan were kind, respectful, and professional throughout.

Bianca was truly professional and supportive as we went thru this difficult time after my mother's death. Unfortunately Gemma's pushy attitude caused unnecessary distress for myself and family, especially on the day before the funeral when she was clearly unaware of the updated arrangements. Our heartfelt thanks though go to Bianca for delivering such a respectful and beautiful service for my mum on the day of the funeral.
