The service we received seemed great (at first) We viewed our father in the chapel of rest and I had to stop my younger sister from going in because there was visible glue coming from my fathers eyes which quite frankly looked terrifying and he was covered in hair from when they had cut his hair and beard and not bothered to clean him afterwards. We had nothing but apologies and this was sorted out so I left this issue. Whilst planning my fathers funeral which took place in June 2020- the height of Covid- we planned for my fathers service to be recorded, and we were told by the funeral directo
