Ryan and his team were a great comfort to my brothers & I when our Mum sadly passes away last month.
Having travelled from Australia due to my Mums deterioration, Ryan very kindly met with us prior to Mums passing. This was the 1st time any of us had to organize a funeral.
Ryan went through everything with us, providing all options, which meant we were able to give Mum the fabulous send off she deserved.
The team at Pen Y Bont also helped us bring our Mum from the mortuary, as we there was a major delay due to medical examiners office hold up/s.
