I attended a funeral today and as I made my way into the funeral, the language I overheard from the directors of the funeral, swearing at someone outside was absolutely appalling and incredibly unprofessional for all who witnessed.
Edited to add: I checked before posting my review exactly which funeral director this person was associated with as I was aware there were several present. Geraint swore at what appeared to be another member of staff in front of members of the public.
