The funeral with co op funeral care was beautiful, couldn’t ask for more. After that, it goes down hill. After saying that the bank is paying for the funeral from the estate then having multiple phone calls saying the balance is still outstanding even though we have said loads of times and filled in the forms to say the estate is paying for it and then being told we will have a letter to say it will be passed to debtors after 3 weeks from the funeral date. There’s no communication between co op legal services and co op funeral care. Co op legal services called us when we arranged the funeral a
