The love and care that was taken towards my dad was second to none.
We definitely made the right choice choosing Brian Thomas, Emma, Alisha and all. Every question and query was answered. Every wish was granted. The order of service was beautiful and nothing was too much to ask. Even myself ( dad's daughter ) wanting to see him for a second time. They always messaged with updates.

Outstanding care and compassion from Emma and her team when dad passed away. At a very difficult heartbreaking time, Enma organised everything for us, and was easily contactable for queries and worries. Also allowed me to see dad on several occasions in the chapel of rest, they made sure dad looked smart and well groomed before seeing him, after they collected him from hospital mortuary.
