I would like to apologise to dewi reynolds, yes I did phone and pretend to be my sister as we were desperate for answers as a family. It’s was not dewi Reynolds fault, it was the a family member. I appericate everything they have done for my mam, I lost my dad less than a year ago and again they were fab. My husband is also very unwell and emotions were running high. But they have been good with mam.
