From our first meeting with Matthew we felt we were in good hands, he made arranging my partners mums funeral a breeze. His compassion and profesionalism is second to none. Nothing was to much trouble and he delivered the perfect day for us all to say our goodbyes to our mum. I would like to extend a big thank you to Richard and the staff for the kind and compassionate way in which they dealt with the cremation of my brother, Gerald Ahluwalia. A special thank you to Richard for so willingly undertaking the delivery of Gerald's ashes (including some of his personal effects from Wigan to Leighton Buzzard. Throughout te whole process which was at a difficult, vulnerable time for all the family, it was handled with professionalism and efficiency. We cannot thank you enough.
