Derek Kennedy's comment is incorrect. This company dealt with our dad's service about 6 months ago, and we found them respectful and fair. Visiting the Chapel of Rest was free during normal office hours, but there was a small fee for evening and weekends - tho nowhere near £200 - simply to reimburse the staff for giving up their free time. £40-£60, we were informed. Dad's arrangements were v good, as you'd expect from a local Holywell firm going back 200 yrs.

I highly recommend this Funeral company, They did an excellent service for us as a family when we sadly lost our Mother, They treated our Mother with dignity and respect and we were happy to leave her in their care, They treated us with sympathy and were very professional with all the arrangements, We as a family are very grateful to them,

Please be aware that every time you visit your loved ones that it will cost you it will cost you 200 pounds which we were not told about. Just another opportunity to take advantage of the grieving.

Had a terrible experience with my nanna being here , was told lies about funeral date , had trouble making a appointment to visit in chapel, told someone would call me back on many occasions which never happened, upon visiting the man was un welcoming, lacking in empathy, my nanna looked nothing like her they did an extremely poor job in preparing nanna for the chapel, the toilet area was dirty with people's clothing folded and stacked in the floor in the toilet. The trolley was exposed that the coffins rest on and was chipped and un slightly, in desperate need of a remodernisation. Wo
