From start to finish, all staff were kind and efficient and they went out of their way to help and accommodate all of my requests. Sian and Lucy in the office were absolutely lovely and were always on the end of the phone for any questions and queries. With regards to Suzanne, the funeral director, words cannot describe the professionalism, respect and kindness she showed to myself and my whole family on the day of the funeral.
