A very kind and caring team who helped us with unfamiliar decisions on the very sensitive subject of my mothers funeral arrangements. This was a particularly testing time as we were in Australia visiting family at the time of her death and the Coop team went out of the way to accomodate discussions and decision making at times to suit us, which made it so much easier finalising things when we returned home.

Both Terri and Claire were patient and empathetic with us and our various requests. We never felt under pressure to make decisions quickly.
