★☆☆☆☆ Totally unprofessional, no people skills and an aggressive manner to the funeral congregation. Poor organisation which led to key family members being left in the foyer of Macclesfield Crematorium. When this was pointed out to him he went to the grieving widow rather than acknowledging the situation. As funeral directors they should have taken responsibility and asked outside who was family. Complete disgrace. They should be working in the background making sure everything runs smoothly, not putting pressure on those who have just lost someone.
