I lost my mum on 15th April 2025. Was utterly distraught. As an only child, I did not know where to even begin with organising mum's funeral. I can honestly say that the service I received from the co-op was phenomenal. I met with Rosie on 16th April whom started off arrangements and Jamie completed arrangements due to Rosie being on annual leave. A mutual date was agreed for mum's funeral. I changed my mind half-way through arrangements from a hearse car to a horse-drawn carriage. We chose Co-Op for my beloved Mum's funeral arrangements (Funeral end May 25). The planning was all fine and compassionate - no concerns there. I had been so detailed in the planning of Order of Service, Photos, Hymn to sign - even printing out the words to the Hymn to ensure any backing music selected would fit the lyrics. The big issue came during the Funeral Service at St Helens Crem. The Reverend invited us all to sing to 'Make me a Channel of your Peace' - words all in the Order of Service.
