The service provided by Knox's was excellent, from initial enquiry through to the funeral date. Special thanks go to Kirsty for her empathy, care and support, and to Simon for guiding us through the ceremony, but the whole team couldn't have been more empathetic and personable whilst maintaining their professional duties. They all played a part in making a very difficult, sad time that little bit easier. We never felt hurried, and we felt that Dad was in good hands and that he was treated with dignity and care.

I cannot recommend this company enough. My mum was on end of life care, Kirsty came out to my home and discussed with myself and my mum all of her wishes. Sadly my mum passed the following morning. From start to finish the service, support, respect and sensitivity from Knox was outstanding. Our initial meeting was with Alan Hodgkiss, he was kind, caring, showed emphathy throughout the meeting and provided the details we needed without overloading us with information at a really difficult time.
