Excellent service from this team from start to finish.
They came out to my Mum's care home in the early hours very promptly, gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes.
On their visit to our home, they ensured that everything was covered, we had time to think and that all the personal touches we wanted we put in place.
No question or query was too small, they got back promptly each time whether by e-mail or phone. They made us welcome on their premises and were very dog friendly towards our little dog Gordon as well.
