Amazing. My nans funeral was last week and it couldn’t have been done any more perfect and special. We was given the option to see her the week of the funeral a few days before hand. They were constantly in conversation with my mum ensuring everything was how she wanted the funeral to be.
When the car arrived on the day they let us check the flowers, asked if anything else could be added.
The payed the greatest respects to my Nan and her coffin. They handled everything amazingly.

I used the services of the Coop to arrange my mothers funeral recently. The lady who I dealt with handled everything for us to take the stress and worry away and everything went to plan on the day. We were contacted not too much but only as much as needed to be with a couple of calls to check in on us and make sure we were OK.
The staff who attended on the day were very helpful and considerate.
I have used them before for other family members and I have to say the service on every occasion is more than expected. I will always go to them in future when we need to.

Arranging a funeral for a loved one is complicated alone but grieving as well really complicates it more , thankfully we chose this service and straight away you feel in good caring professional hands in conjunction with St Helens crematorium my Dad had a dignified well organized send off.It was just how he would of wanted and how we explained it to be.
