All of the people at Co-Op funeral care were excellent at what was a really upsetting and emotional time. From the initial call they were very professional and showed great empathy and compassion. I've just been to another funeral. And in comparison the funeral from the co-op out shone this one. The usher lady explained everything perfectly. She advised each person what the intention was. What was happening next. She directed everyone with grace and dignity.
I thought the co-ops cheaper funeral would be the lowest standard, but compared to this one, I realised how much better they were. How kind and considerate they were.
