Initially FW Marsh was ok, following the passing of our relative we met with a lady and discussed our loved ones wishes. We left feeling confident that these wishes would be fulfilled. Unfortunately it all went downhill for us after they received the full payment.
We were advised during our initial meeting that we would be contacted once FW Marsh received the ashes, this didn’t happen.
