A wonderful service from Leah, Kim, Clare, Ray & his team. We were treated with courtesy, respect & compassion from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for them or for my deceased brother Jem. I wish we could give them 6 stars!
This contrasted with an appalling experience 12 months prior with a different firm of nationally owned undertakers who were condescending & who seemed to go out of their way to not do what we wanted for my father.
