★★☆☆☆ Based on visit pre pandemic. Initially very helpful and enthusiastic. Then never returned calls to discuss memorial we'd sat discussing for ages. Fellas in and out of office talked at volume to each other to the point the elderly lady I had taken to discuss a stone couldn't hear the person we were chatting with. Even if they had rang us I don't think we'd had gone with their stone based on how the experience impacted her. Everyone was friendly but surely even those looking for memorials deserve dignity. Her husband had died day before and was being cremated miles away but she wanted stone sort
