Pope's recently helped us with the cremation of my dad. They were very compassionate, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. No matter who we spoke to when we called in, whether it was to inquire about something, drop something off for my dad's funeral etc we were met with friendly staff who were all well informed. Communication between staff members was excellent, we didn't just have to speak to/visit the person who facilitated our original appointment. Pope's would definitely be our first choice if we were to suffer any future loses.

He gave suggestions and advice and answered my questions and concerns very quickly, nothing was too much trouble. He actually made a very difficult time much easier to navigate.
