An excellent, personal service by Team Sue Porter and especially Gwen who took us under her wing. We didn't know where to start with planning a funeral - its not something that you think you'll ever need to be proficient in. But right from the start we were guided and helped with all decisions that had to be made.
It was dad's funeral and they were so good with mum all the way through. We chose not to visit him once he was in their care, and we were told that was OK. Not everyone reacts to the passing of a loved one in the same way, and that's OK to feel that way - we were reassured.
