Sadly we lost my father in law in December, so we contacted Charles Stephen’s rock ferry as my father in law chose them in his funeral pre paid plan. Nothing was too much as they took over everything, we had 1st class service from all at Charles Stephen’s, they were there at the end of the phone or an email at all times.Richard B. was our funeral director he explained everything, he was there for all our questions and advice needed. The day of the funeral it all run smoothly , the cars are beautiful, the service was outstanding, as I said before 1st class service. I would Definitley recommend

After my Dad had passed away early hours on a Saturday morning, I was in a complete daze and heartbroken. One call to Charles Stephen’s ( even at the weekend ) was all it took to get my Dad looked after . I am so grateful it was Phil who answered the call and led me through the process.
