From the moment we walked in we was made to feel like part of their family. Lisa and the team put your mind at ease right away and offer you a shoulder to cry one if you need it. The care that provided for my mum was very comforting. Nothing was too much trouble and I could sleep better at night knowing my mum was their being cared for in the best way. The communication throughout was amazing and everything was taken out of our hands so we didn't have the stress out at this very sad time.

Both my parents had setup funeral plans with Fisher and Dixon funeral directors. When we arrived to discuss any arrangements that they my parents had made the staff was very sensitive and respectful of our circumstances. Everything was explained to us and what was going to happen from there on. Fisher and Dixon were amazing in every aspect, the only thing throughout our experience with them, that didn't go to plan was the flowers that we ordered, and im fairly that it was a mistake by the florest that they used, on the day, now in the grand scheme of things, this was not the end of the world, but as we we're planning on taking the flowers to London for mum's internment, we have decided to cancel the one that was wrong, again I don't think it was fishers fault, they have been amazing, and I'll be using them for my dad myself and my husband, we are going to them to pre book, us all wit

My aunt recently died and she had a pre paid funeral plan. Fisher & Dixon were the funeral directors who dealt with the funeral. I cannot praise them highly enough. They were so kind, helpful and very respectful, they kept me informed about everything,arranged for the Celebration of Life minister to contact me. Dawn, the funeral director called at our home a couple of days before the funeral to make sure all details had been dealt with. They made a sad time much more bearable with their kindness and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you everyone at Fisher & Dixon.

2019 I had the most difficult time of the loss of my mum after her suffering a stroke 3 yrs earlier and been given end of life in this year 2019 , being prepared for this still gave it a difficult time , I’ve found the difficulty of this was not having that support for this position but find it like a dark corridor of doors not knowing which one to open .
I’ve always thought that a director is the direction that helps them in dark times of grief , you do a fantastic job and feel that loosing dad a few years later that the director is the direction 24/7 thank you for your work for all grieving
