The funeral of my father actually went ok on the day. The build up however was a total nightmare! His funeral was a basic pre paid funeral plan all we had to do was sort out the finer details, music, order of service, etc. The trouble with gornalls/dignity is that if you call the rainford office and there's no answer it diverts you to st.helens, this is where things start to go wrong in my opinion. Sub standard staff, No-one in particular just hopeless across the board! Messages left and no reply, numerous phone calls to get the most basic of things right! On two occasions they got my father's
