From the first moment I spoke with Jonathan, to start making arrangements for my Dad, to the day and beyond, Jonathan's professionalism , his thoughtfulness, his care and that of his team for every detail, were tangible. Slacks , and Chris Mellor in particular, did an sterling and outstanding job looking after my father, after his tragic accident abroad. They dealt with nearly all the repatriation, then provided care for my dad in the most exemplary, sensitive, friendly and and compassionate way.
