John Knowles Funeral team have been exceptional and compassionate during our difficult time. Their professionalism, kindness and empathy they provided was of great comfort in particular Jan Parker who was our main contact for organizing my dad's funeral.
As this was a new world for us, we were kept informed every bit of the way and guided without a sales pitch which was exceptional and very much appreciated. I for one did not want to have to deal with someone trying to make a gain out of a loved ones death!

My Nan was under the care of Sarah at the Broughton branch. Whilst the funeral arrangements were made by other members of the family, I know when I went in to ask questions Sarah was extremely helpful and understanding. She provided reassurance to me and also little packs to help explain the process to my 3 children.
The funeral itself was conducted with respect and dignity and I think my Nan would have most certainly approved of the send off she received and the care and compassion shown to her family.
