Jason and Abi were nothing but respectful, kind and thoughtful in their services. They were so compassionate, and genuinely seem to deeply care about their work. Jason in particular got to know my mum very well before her passing, they had a good laugh together, my mum trusted herself to their service and I'm glad she did, they're very good people. I will always appreciate the effort and kindness shown to me, and how well they handled us as a family which I know wasn't always very easy, as we are plenty and some of us are more difficult than others, but they did it all with a smile. When you loose a loved one the world suddenly becomes strange and confusing, Jason helped and supported me through the fog step by step. The compassion and respect that both Jason and Abi showed was incredible.
My husband was an American military man and his last wishes were demanding but this was not a problem for Jason or Abi. They delivered every last detail to ensure his wishes were met.

Abi and Jason supported me and my family through the most traumatic experience of our lives from the first time I spoke to Jason which was at 11.30pm one evening in September this year his reassurance and kind words told me that they were the people we would entrust with the care of mum and our family. From beginning to end they supported us and with their help made mum’s cremation a day to celebrate and cherish, as a family we now consider them to be apart of our family.

This is the second funeral Larvin and Clegg have organised for us in 14 months. In which is a traumatic time Abi and Jason are fantastic and so caring about everything and the attention to detail is unbelievable. And with their guidance and experience what is a truly awful day goes like clockwork, the whole day was seamless.
Obviously we will use them again ,but I'm hoping not to see them for a while ...nothing personal.
