We as a family could not have asked for better care or consideration than we received following the death of my husband John on 25/2/26. John was treated with absolute dignity at all times and the family were cared for and supported through what was a very difficult and heart breaking time. We can't thank Lisa and her colleagues enough. We even managed to have a smile or two when we were sorting out John's funeral, which was nice and a welcome break from the tears. I cannot rate this place highly enough. They looked after my loved one and my family so well throughout the entire process. Staff were all friendly and polite and nothing was to much trouble for them. The day of the funeral went smoothly and was managed brilliantly by the team. Thank you so much to the entire team

given 2 stars due to the staffs politeness but for the price i paid they didn’t make the person i lost look presentable at the very least. Was very detrimental for my grief to walk into the chapel of rest to say goodbye to my loved one for the last time and see how she was displayed. They got someone in to go over her makeup afterwards but it just wasnt okay.
