In some ways, the name doesn't do Tom and Liz and their team justice, because they are utterly lovely and did a brilliant job of my partner's father's funeral. From the very first phone call, to our last-minute request for Tom to read the eulogy, everything about the way we were treated was first class. The price did come in at less than the other places we looked at, so I do understand the name of the business, but it certainly doesn't mean there's anything 'budget' about the way we were treated.
