A huge thank you to all of the team at Ingleby Care Home. They took care of my 93 year old mother following a fall in November. Sadly she passed away in January as she never fully recovered from the fall. The care staff were absolutely amazing and always helped arrange WhatsApp calls, window visits, pod visits and a final bedside visit to say my goodbyes 4 days before Mam passed. The team kept me informed throughout Mams stay. During these awful COVID circumstances the staff have gone above & beyond with their wonderful care. Thank you all so much x

A family member requires full time care due to a debilitating illness and has been here for more than a year. She needs help with all her needs and this is always performed with a friendly face and a smile. The staff often pop in when we visit and usually provide us with updates on her wellbeing and care. All her needs are met and the wonderful staff are always obliging with any request, however large or small it is. Couldn't ask for a more caring care home than this one

I have been left feeling very distressed and disappointed after several attempts to arrange visiting my Granddad over the telephone. Staff and the care home manager were very rude and lacked empathy and compassion and on 2 occasions the manager refused to give out her name and even hung up on me during my conversation with her. The manager was very confrontational and kept saying to me that until all other residents had seen their family I was not allowed to see my Granddad because his son (my dad) and my uncle had already seen him.
