We must of been one of the unlucky ones. Started off well speaking to Colin.we ended up picking a headstone and was told it would take upto 6 months to sort. We got as far as having what we wanted to write on the headstone.
After about 4 months we phoned to see what was happening with the headstone. We were told still waiting for the stone to arrive but our paperwork was misplaced.
I phoned back a couple of weeks later to be told Colin was on holiday and would phone me when he would come back. Few more weeks went by and I phoned to see what was happening as nobody had phoned.
