My step dad passed away and from the second we met Graham, he made us feel so comfortable and made us feel at ease knowing my step dad was well looked after by them. I felt as if we had knew Graham for years after speaking to him once and any questions or any thing we wanted for the funeral he went out of his way and ensured we got what we wanted.
