This was a very difficult time but co-op were amazing. Colleen put us at ease and was very professional and caring, she guided us through the whole process of organising the funeral and explained everything clearly to us, everytime we needed to go and discuss anything or make any changes all of the staff were helpful and friendly. I have nothing but praise for the team at the Co-Op Funeralcare in Redcar. They are professional, caring, empathetic but always real, authentic and down to earth. The Funeral Arranger, Leanne, is fantastic - she's exceptionally knowledgeable and when she says she'll do something, she absolutely will - I had full trust and belief in her and that was really important.

The team at Redcar CO-OP Funeral home are caring, compassionate, professional and are always there to help and support the bereaved families. They are gentle and respectful of the deceased in their care and have a wonderful working relationship with all their service providers.
