I WAS SEEKING A QUOTE FOR A PRE-PAID FUNERAL.THE PHONE WAS PICKED UP AFTER 7 RINGS TO BE GREETED .YEH HELLO !! INAUDIBLE 20 second CONVERSATION FROM A MALE WHO,S TELEPHONE MANOR WAS 1 out of 10 !! I ENDED UP PUTTING PHONE DOWN AND IVE GONE ELSEWHERE WITH MY ENQUIRY. QUITE SHOCKING FOR A SUPPOSED FAMILY BUSINESS !!
