It can’t be said enough how exceptional Abby was in caring for our mam and for us as a family when mam was resting at Hetheringtons in Normanby.
From the very beginning, Abby treated mam with such dignity, kindness and respect, and she guided us through everything with such compassion. At a time when we were overwhelmed with grief, she took away all the worry and made sure every detail was handled so beautifully. We never once felt rushed or unsure — we felt completely supported. This funeral home did absolutely Nothing for our family. They listened to his Narcissistic Wife!! They refused his 80 plus year old parent's, his Son and his Brother and friends from his lifelong job to even visit Steven in the chapel of rest.. My advice would be. Do Not Use Them. Absolutely Disgraceful!!
