We were initially cared for by Daniel, whose guidance with arrangements was exquisitely professional and his gentle demeanor was much appreciated. We were then put into the care of Chris, again exquisitely professional and his kind and caring manner made the saddest of days bearable and we cannot thank you enough. I’d just like to praise and thank Neil and our limousine driver Reece and their team for their service in handling my Mother’s funeral. They showed great respect, courtesy, kindness and professionalism. A lovely touch to proceedings was having Neil walk the funeral cortège out of the street, very nice. Everything was organised perfectly with grace and compassion. After the service we were all escorted over to the Three Horseshoe’s for Mam’s Wake. I’d highly recommend Crake and Mallon Funeral Services, top job fella’s. Mam would have been so grateful to you.

Chris organised us the most beautiful send off for my baby, he was so attentive and made what was a hard day so much better for us. The casket they provided was gorgeous, everything was just better than I could have imagined. Can’t appreciate all the team at Crake and Mallon enough. They really do go above and beyond.

We mainly dealt with Chris but every single person met his meticulous standards. Chris brought us calm when we needed it and was so comforting to us all.
