Took my shoes to Timpson in Morrisons Penzance to be told they dont do shoe repairs. Lovely staff, not their fault, they said its a regular occurrence. TIMPSON YOU SHOULD REMOVE THIS SHOE SERVICE FROM PZ WEBSITE. Went to Tesco Extra at Pool where Timpson mends shoes.

Appalling. I dropped off my handmade curtains, to be dry cleaned. Due to the sheer size and linings and shape of the window. I was told that they had to be sent off to be specially cleaned. This would take approximately 3-4 weeks. When I heard nothing further, I called into Morrisons Penzance. Only to be informed, they have lost my curtains!
Long story short, after several phone calls to customer services and submitting a claim form. I was told they don't replace new for old.! I stated, regardless of this, they have lost my custom made curtains {they cannot be bought off the shelf} They have t

I have nothing bad to say about timsons in the Penzance Morrisons branch and the staff there seem to be very helpful on the phone but timsons advertise a complete shoe service (stretching ect) but when you call they say they don’t do it ,
Timsons you need to remover this advertising of services that you don’t provide to avoid disappointment , luckily I phoned before travel I g there to get my shoes stretched otherwise I would be very angry right now !
Please remove these services from the web you claim to provide !!!
