Wow the team at Alfred Smith were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish!! Buying a new bed frame, mattress and duvet to be delivered to an address in Cornwall from 275 miles away was no mean feat. But Lindsey and the guys in Penzance pulled it off! Through a combination of email and phone calls Lindsey identified the best products for our needs and had them delivered to my mum’s house exactly when and how they were promised. Absolutely shocking. We was followed round like hawks and asked repeatedly can they help you with anything. Have you found anything you want yet . After being told i dont know how many times no were just browsing thanks. Followed round every single floor felt very uncomfortable. "Dont worry Its not like we're going to put a double bed in our pockets. "

I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this business. Shockingly disgraceful customer service, more interested in personal profit than following the procedures set out in consumer law.
Having spent in the region of £15,000 with this business I am appalled at the service provided by Sue Calvert, one of the directors of this shambolic company.
I would avoid at all costs unless you’re happy to be ripped off.
