I was apprehensive about how to organise my dear Mum’s funeral, but as soon as Andrea and Lauren came into our home, all my concerns were eased. They were so kind, respectful and understanding, but took the time to listen to my mother’s wishes. She had requested a direct cremation, with no family attending ,but the short video that was made helped us all, especially family that live far away, understand and say goodbye in our own way.
